In Bloom Senior Exhibition Design | 2024
In Bloom was the brand identity developed for the Spring 2024 Senior BFA Graphic Design Exhibition at Appalachian State University. The concept centered around assigning each graduating designer a unique flower that held personal significance, ultimately coming together to form a vibrant, diverse bouquet. This visual metaphor represented the individuality of each designer while celebrating the collective strength and diversity of our graduating class.
The system emphasized inclusivity, growth, and collaboration, reflecting our cohort’s shared desire to push the boundaries of what design can look like in the future. My team played a key role in the execution of the exhibition space. We were responsible for installing the visual identity through vinyl graphics, planning the spatial layout, and ensuring the overall experience was cohesive and accessible for all attendees. Our goal was to create an environment where visitors could engage with the work easily and intuitively, while visually immersing themselves in the theme of unity through personal expression.
